Is Aureonrise an NDIS registered provider?
Aureonrise operates in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct, serving participants across Adelaide and South Australia. Contact us for our current registration details.
What areas do you service?
We support clients across the Adelaide metropolitan area and greater South Australia, including the northern, southern, eastern and western suburbs.
I'm over 65 — can you still help me?
Yes. While the NDIS supports people who enter before age 65, Aureonrise also provides private and aged-care in-home support for older South Australians.
How do I switch to Aureonrise from another provider?
Switching is simpler than most people expect. We'll guide you through ending your current service agreement and transition your supports without any gap in care.
Do you support self-managed and plan-managed participants?
Yes — we welcome self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed NDIS participants.
